Anger Management Breakthrough Coaching with Potential Works will enable your staff to recognise their anger triggers & learn to deal with situations differently. The results will not only eradicate uncomfortable situations at work for the staff member, but will also ensure they have alternative options when under pressure. This will enhance their self esteem and confidence.

Anger Management Coaching
With expert coaching from a local Cumbrian Business Life Coach, your staff member will be provided with strategies to help them conquer their anger issues & the means to implement those strategies in the workplace. Your staff member will benefit from:

	Identifying the source of the anger
	Discovering alternative ways of viewing their anger triggers & controlling their reaction
	Developing empowering strategies for handling potential conflict situations
	Relaxation techniques

How long will it take?
3 – 4 sessions in total (two 2.5 hour sessions & two 1-2 hour sessions).
